Forged from 2018-T6 series aluminium for optimum strength,the signature seatpost consists of a one piece shaft and lower clamp section tropped with a cold-forged clamp head,with both the upper and lower clamp and rail assemblies CNC-machined in critical stress areas for superior strength and fatigue resistance.

The 400mm long shaft is turn finished for quality and features an elliptical internal bore to further increase the elliptical internal bore to further increase the strengeh to weight ratio by removing unnecessary material in key areas without compromising structural integrity.
